Our Process

Handing over your billing is a big decision. It gets easier when you know what happens next.

Six steps take a practice from a first conversation to steady billing and regular reports. Each step has one purpose, and you can see what comes next before it starts.

Step 1: Ice-Breaker Conversation

We start with a conversation. You tell us how your practice bills today, what frustrates your team, and where money seems to slip away. We listen, ask questions, and learn how your office runs.

Step 2: Billing Assessment

We review your claims, denials, accounts receivable (A/R), and daily workflow. The goal is a clear picture of what gets collected, what sits stuck, and why.

Step 3: Customized Plan

We identify where your team needs support and where it does not. Some practices hand over the whole billing department. Others need help in one area, such as denials or A/R cleanup. The plan follows that decision.

Step 4: Implementation

We set up access to your systems, agree on workflows, and decide how we will communicate. You tell us who to contact for each question, and we tell you what we need in return.

Step 5: Billing and Follow-Up

Claims go out under the workflow we agreed. We follow up with payers on anything unpaid, work denials and appeals, and press on aging A/R.

Step 6: Reporting

You receive regular reports and updates on what was billed, what was collected, and what remains open. Billing and Follow-Up and reporting repeat for as long as we work together.

At every step, you can see where your billing stands and who is working on it.
